I always return for the great staff that helped with currency tips during my first stay. This place suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Bar/ Lounge area, Breakfast, and pets allowed. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

The hairdryer didn't work. There was no airvent for air circulation in the bathroom. The window was partly broken. The wifi connection often fails. There were screws mounted in the wall in order to hang up clothes and stuff: both were loose from the wall, thus useless.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The cozy atmosphere and artistic interior design added a unique touch to our experience. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family, allowing us to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and attractions such as the Royal Library of Belgium and Planckendael Zoo, which our children absolutely loved.

For families with children, it would be great if the hotel offered more activities specifically tailored to kids.

The hotel is very well located. Not exactly at Montgomery Metro station but in a walkable distance. The room, facing the back of the building was very calm and its 'design' decoration absolutely nice. The personnel is smiling and helpful.

The mini-bar drinks are priced far too high especially considering there is a 'night-shop' 20 m from the hotel. For those with heavy luggage, the absence of a lift can be a handicap.

I loved the charming and contemporary design of the hotel's interior. The use of modern elements in the recently renovated 1930s Maison de Maitre created a unique and stylish atmosphere. The general areas were tastefully decorated and offered a cozy ambiance, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with a tram stop right outside the entrance. This made it convenient for me to navigate around the city without having to walk long distances.

I would have liked better accessibility options for senior people. Although the hotel was lovely, it lacked an elevator, which made climbing the stairs to my room quite a challenge.

Noisy rooms due to ineffective windows. (I changed from Room 105 to 303 but still had problems sleeping due to noise from street (mainly traffic))

I stayed at Monty Small Design for a week on a work trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a cozy and quiet atmosphere. I found the lounge room to be a great place to work. The rooms were basic but clean, with hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice, and the hotel provided towels and toiletries. There were also convenient options for food and drinks nearby.

I had a positive experience at this hotel and can recommend it.

The cleanliness of the place and nice staff. Bed was comfortable and it is very near the bus stop and Metro station. They have a nice small lobby area.

There is no lift and the stairs are very narrow. The room was very small and it did not have a wardrobe- only 2 hangers hanging behind the door. There isn't much to do in the area!
